Liked: Room was clean and most of the staff was nice. Breakfast was hot and the area was kept clean.
Disliked: the loud fans running in the hallway all the time. I understand they needed to be running but it would have been nice to be at least told about them at check in and offered a different room. The desk clerk’s response was rude and dismissive. She stated there was water damage and they had to be on. Then walked away. Also the hot tub jets were broken or turned off.

Liked: The Koi pond & hot tubs were awesome.
Disliked: 1 hot tubs jets didn't work, but it was still hot! We just moved over to a different one!

Liked: The hot tubs are actually hot. The pool was surprisingly warm. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Just okay-I think I’d pass...

Liked: Location was perfect for me. Good variety at breakfast- very clean area! All staff was mere very helpful and kind. Hot tubs are nice. Beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: The original room we were given was unclean in several areas and run down. We were given a second room that was much better, however, the adjoining door made it so that we could hear every single word of the person in the adjoining room’s conversation. Also our door room was not quite right, it was askew as if it had been pried open, although I doubt that was the case. Just one of those odd things you wouldn’t see at a higher quality hotel.
