Very good

Excellent throughout 100 percent

Liked: Our Friendly, Michael and Jean the Proprietors were and couldn't do enough for me.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. Can't fault the establishment.

Home from home lovely stay

Liked: Staff very welcoming nothing too much trouble Mick was waiting at the door to carry our bags parking very handy and very much enjoyed stay would definitely stay again lovely little bar and very close to pubs also jean and her son nothing too much trouble could of had 3 course evening meal for £12.50 very reasonable but could not manage it after the moorish breakfast it kept us going all day thanks very much
Disliked: Nothing to dislike Mick even help us to load our bags when it was pouring down with rain

A happy weekend in Skegness

Liked: Location was perfect. Breakfast and hosts both excellent. Early check in was a bonus (1200), we will be back

Homely place!!

Liked: I loved the homely feel as soon as i walked in. I could smell the fabric conditioner on the bedding as I entered our room. The duvets had been ironed, and the room was very clean and tidy. Me and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable. There was a hairdryer and a fan in the room, spare blankets if needed. Shower was brill! There were a lot of choices for breakfast and even offered a vegetarian choice. Micheal and Jean were very friendly and happy to help. I would 100% stay here again. It's a quiet place to stay and the seafront is just a 5 minute walk away.
