Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Very clean, room was nice size, beds were comfortable, have great breakfast, friendly staff

Will stay somewhere else next...

Liked: The pool was a good size for young kids. The breakfast was good when items were available. Location was good to access everything we needed.
Disliked: I have never been to a hotel where you have to ask for housekeeping services. This is why we do hotels and not Airbnb. When we did get some room service it was pathetic. We had to go to the front 4 times for stuff. The hotel is dirty and falling apart. The hot tub and pool were dirty. Our toilet broke. Our mini fridge was broken before we got there so we had to change rooms. The hot tub broke and needed fixing. The pool ladder broke and needing fixing. They did fix the problems eventually. We were down for breakfast at 6:30, they were out of apple juice and waffle mix already.

Liked: The bed was so comfortable, the pool was great for the kids
Disliked: The water would not get hot for a shower and the shower was not cleaned. The door to get in our room was tricky to get in.

Liked: Welcoming entrance, beautiful building, well appointed decor and seating options in lobby and lounge area, good location, nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice to have additional seating in room.
Disliked: The hot tub had clumps of dirt or something in bottom. The elevator was making concerning noise while using.

Would not stay again

Liked: Location is good. Front desk staff was helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking, heater in room was LOUD. Breakfast was not appealing.
