Nice facilities, great location, but...

Liked: Nice location. Good facilities if you want to pay extra for them.
Disliked: It's quite an expensive resort just for accommodation and yet you have to pay extra for almost everything you want to do. Nothing is included. Very disappointing to find out after the fact that there is an additional $57USD resort fee, especially when the services provided weren't that great. You'd think that the nightly rate and resort fee would at least include access to the pools, but no. That's (a lot) extra. The wifi was very slow and, despite having 4 TVs in the condo, we were not able to connect any of them to wifi, so we couldn't access Netflix, Prime, etc. to watch an evening movie. IIt is a nice resort but I feel a bit ripped off. Smugglers strategy seems to be to nickel and dime people into paying more money than expected, and it's not that cheap in the first place. I doubt we'll be back.

Superb

Liked: This was a gem of a stay in the Stowe area. Our apartment was fabulous, clean, comfy beds, extremely well kitted out with lots of space and a wonderful balcony looking towards the mountains which was perfect to watch the sunrise. The location was very good for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed off season and it felt quite quiet, it might not be so peaceful in the summer months.

Liked: The location was wonderful - very close to Stowe via Smugglers Notch and the restaurants in Stowe. The view of the autumn leaves from our unit was spectacular. Our unit was clean & comfortable and check-in was very easy.
Disliked: Amenities like the hot tub, sauna, and pool are not included and a Smugglers Notch amenities pass needs to be purchased.

Liked: Amazing staff and amenities.
Disliked: Some pool and hot tubs closed earlier than others I think having them all open til 10pm is a better standard than some closing at 7/8 and some at 9/10

The fire alarm was on...

Disliked: On booking it wrote that pool is included but on front desk thay told me that I have to pay $55 per person. And for sky pass thay told me it is $100 per person but they charged me $248 for two people.
