Liked: The units were amazing.
Disliked: No restaurant on property.

Overall it was a great...

Liked: I liked how spacious the room was. The screened in balcony was also really nice. I liked the privacy of the room I was in too. It was located in the back and there were no other balconies next to it which was great.
Disliked: The sofas in the room seemed old and could use an upgrade. Also wish there were some package options available that bundle activities into one price.

Liked: The pool, activities.
Disliked: House needs renovation, there were roaches climbing on the wall, sofa was smelly, phone was down, internet was not working, tub maintenance issues.

Liked: I love coming here I've been coming for 3 years now and we love it.
Disliked: What I didn't like about it this time was there was a discrepancy in the booking app and the app said we were supposed to be checking out at 12:00 pm and the staff said no we were supposed to leave at 10:00am. Which we weren't ready at all with having young children. They only budged for a half an hour so we had to leave at 10: 30am instead of 12: 00pm . For the future whether it was a mess up or a glitch in the app or what not. Show the courtesy and allow people to staying until 12:00 like it was paid for at least by my eyes other than that the place was great.
