Liked: I loved the location and the size of the rooms. This is why we like staying here.
Disliked: I don’t like the employees you have to get your room key from. I don’t know exactly what they try to sell but he would not take no for an answer. And kept asking me why I didn’t want to do it, or to give him an answer. He kept going, and I started to feel really uncomfortable. I just wanted my room key, I didn’t want to sit through a presentation on my vacation. The way he interacted with me will probably make us not ever come back to this hotel.

Disliked: I will never come back. Every time I walk through the lobby I felt like I was going to be sold the timeshare. I’m on a business trip. Not cool.
