Adequate if you are looking...

Liked: The check-in process was easy. The room was very large. Immense balcony, in our case overlooking the tennis/pickleball court. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus. I liked the wrist band keys. The kitchen had a good selection of pots and pans and dishes.
Disliked: The shower had no water pressure, it was hard to rinse the body wash off your body much less shampoo out of your hair. Very strange as the pressure in the tub and at the various outlets was fine. The bath towels were small and we ended up having to use the pool towels instead. The TV was awful, very difficult to get to function at all and had no streaming. Had the engineer over twice. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen other than hardware, not even salt and pepper. The one functioning pool was small and full of kids. We had to go up and down a set of stairs then up a third to get to our ground floor apartment. The stairs were worn and starting to rot out. Available parking was inadequate, way more cars than spaces. When we then parked where the front desk told us to along the curb, we got a warning ticket, didn't appreciate the scolding for their inadequacy. The bed sagged. The couch sagged. The only way to get wine glasses in the dishwasher was to lay them on their side. Roosters get you up before the sun rises. No view of the mountains and a distant view of the sea - the things you pay to come to the north shore of Kauai to see.

Hotel management ruined the start...

Liked: Great location! Love the space!
Disliked: Our check in experience was horrible. We were not informed that the hotel canceled our booking, and was misled by hotel management who told us that it was Booking that canceled our reservation, when in fact it was the hotel that canceled our reservation without informing us! On top of that, the hotel did not offer any help to find alternate accomodations.. it was Booking that stepped up to assist and although we eventually was allowed to stay at the property, it was 5 hours of wasted time. Not an ideal way to start off a relaxing trip with your elderly in-laws.

Liked: Cleanliness & use of beach chairs. Was told they didn’t have a breakfast, would have been nice.
Disliked: Noise, people too loud, too busy, didn’t know it was located that close to the busy road.

Liked: The suite was well appointed with everything we could need.
Disliked: Mattress could use replacing.
