Nice apartments but the sales-pitch...

Liked: Breakfast is entirely unnecessary in a complex of apartments with full kitchens. Accommodations were nice except for unsafe bathrooms.
Disliked: While I stayed with family in one apartment, I reserved another nearby apartment for my sister. I checked with staff that morning and paid for her apartment. I was not advised of any requirement to attend a sales pitch. Then when my sister arrived, she was forced to pay $45 to ensure her presence at a sales pitch! The pitch should have been directed toward me, not her. I am in the market to buy such an apartment. She is not. I was EMBARRASSED that my sister was forced to undergo the hour-long bludgeoning that you call sales. Please reconsider this practice of torturing your guests so you can sell another overpriced unit with unsafe bathrooms. The tub in my unit was slick and had no hand grips. The tub had a slow drain, taking 5 minutes to drain after the shower.

Liked: Did not have breakfast, location was good.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the room I requested was not granted to me because even though I'm a Wyndham owner, I did not use points to reserve space. I was treated as a rental guest, assigned a room around the back of the area (which I wasn't happy with). Upon arrival I was also assigned a unit which wasn't ready, was advised the room would be ready shortly (no time given) and later advised the room would not be ready for 2 hours. This was all not good for me, as I had driven in traffic for 3 hours, exhausted and simply wanted to settle into my room. Basically, this visit to Governor Greens was 1 of my worst visits there.

Very relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable.

Liked: Condo vs staying in a hotel. Loved being able to walk the grounds. Liked that the grounds had a guard house for entrance.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great staff, clean centrally located The unit was very well equipped.
Disliked: Bathroom clean but a little worn.

% 1/2 hr car trip...

Liked: Booking.com over booked us. We made these reservations 2 months in advance and Booking.com still over booked us! On top of that they tried to talk us into a time share. Don't use booking.com
Disliked: Booking.com lied
