Nice weekend away

Liked: Great facilities, spacious rooms with comfortable furnishings
Disliked: The 4pm check in is a bit late. We arrived at 3.45 and were happy to wait but I was made to feel unwelcome initially by the staff member checking us in. When I went back to reception at 4pm the same staff member who had already taken a copy of my ID and credit card details acted like she didn’t know who I was. Despite this we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

Liked: The staff are fantastic, in particular Mary.Exceptional host who is informative and extremely happy.
Disliked: A lounge suitable for 4+ people. Feet rests would be an alternative.

Disliked: No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful yet affordable location, with...

Liked: Club Wyndham is an outstanding property, with many things to do and see on-site, with the pool, spa, beautiful par 3 golf course and many other activities available. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with a very nice bathroom with big shower - and we also loved the close proximity to Charlesworth Bay Beach (5-10 minute walk). The sunrise was very much worth the walk. Perhaps the standout was the excellent customer service at front reception, from the time we arrived through to check-out. 'Macey' in-particular was super friendly and helpful - and we would recommend Club Wyndham to others based solely on the amazing customer service she provided! So, thank you Macey & everyone at reception. There is even a take-away coffee station which we loved!
Disliked: We used the fold-out sofa bed and perhaps as is to be expected, it was not very comfortable. Even the couch itself in our room was not the most forgiving, so some more comfortable furnishings would be a wonderful improvement for the room. U fortunately, the fitness centre is quite small - barely big enough for 2 people to work out at the same time.
