Liked: The location of the place was fantastic!
Disliked: Very expensive. Small fitness room....not enough equipment. Not a walk in shower. Not enough elevators and they were slow.

Fantastic holiday at the Wyndham...

Liked: Didn’t have any meals Excellent city location but quiet street
Disliked: Very little I would change - gym a little small but that’s being picky given it’s a hotel gym

Liked: Terrible they over charged me and have ignored me when I have tried to reach out to them.

Liked: room was neat and tidy
Disliked: we booked and prepaid for a balcony suite. At check in we were given a room without balcony. when we queried we were told we didn't book balcony suite, and there were non available so we would have to take the room offered.Once we were able to find the booking confirmation showing we had indeed paid for a balcony suite, miraculously a balcony suite became available.

Liked: Everything was great especially the amenities in the room and the location
Disliked: After the checkin, they were trying to force you to join their timeshare experience. It was totally a scam and the whole experience was overwhelming when a person was trying to convince us that we should go to their free breakfast but it was more like wasting your 90mins while getting a lecture on why you should invest on their timeshare

Liked: it was clean, friendly, fine. good to have a pool on the roof
Disliked: The team in the lobby were constantly trying to sell me deals or offers or events, which I found annoying. No bar, no breakfast options
