Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Liked: Excellent hotel in the best place to visit Central London and it’s many attractions, 5-15 min walk to many of them. Easily reached by Metro tube in about one hour from Heathrow terminals, Piccadilly line. Very good breakfast and kind staff. Very comfortable bedrooms and beds even the foldable bed is very good for two adults. Very basic kitchen though will be back when we are in London.
Disliked: Very basic kitchen with one missing cup.Hotel a bit expensive, but worth it .

Liked: The location was excellent. Stuff very friendly.
Disliked: The room was with very old furniture, window to a dark courtyard. The breakfast was continental, but poorly executed, without fresh vegetables.

Liked: Breakfast was the happiest part. Especially a lovely scrambled egg. The location of the hotel is perfect and it made me feel like being a tourist again as I came for the first time 20yrs ago
Disliked: Hotel was quite old although everything was clean. Only two slow lifts with a long wait. Wish there was a bottle of complementary water, they have only some drinks and nibbles I have to pay. Quite hot in the summer without AC.
