Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Lovely stay at the Clubs...

Liked: Location was very good. Dining room was great. Nice to have the lounge room that offered coffee, tea, chilled water and a comfortable room to sit and relax. Also, we had access to ice and water on our floor which was great. The bedding was also great, nice feather pillows and duvet. Very comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was very small so we had to put our stuff everywhere but we figured it out.

Liked: Room was fine, location was great, close to underground and walking distance to a lot of attractions.
Disliked: Price was a bit high.

Staying here enhanced our stay...

Liked: Beautiful hotel with a very informed and courteous staff who was always willing to help with any questions we had during our stay. It’s in the perfect location with so many tourist sights, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to two tube stations, hop-on buses and a taxi can quickly be summoned.
Disliked: There was nothing we disliked.

A great stay at Club...

Liked: Great location and comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and pleasant. In room coffee maker as well as a coffee lounge where we could get a variety of coffees.Our first room had a problem with the a/c. We were moved to another room quickly.
