Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Disliked: Nothing.

Comfortable overnight stopover

Liked: Well located. Nice bar area. Main reception staff very accommodating & friendly
Disliked: We couldn’t check in until very late & after the doors had been locked. After a busy day we found checking in via the night porter very drawn out. Pleasant enough man but check in wasn’t as straight forward as it would have been with regular staff. Rooms are basic & pricey but understand it’s the West End

Liked: Location is wonderful and staff is efficient. There is filtered water available in the corridors. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Disliked: 1. The spiral in shower is short and is dificult to use properly. 2. the same with the cable of hair drier. 3. we had to ask for a smal refrigirator in room.
