Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Mixed bag

Liked: The staff. The power socket is well placed to use the mirror to dry hair
Disliked: No shower caps. Apparently there are but not in the shower! Don't like having to go out to get water. Breakfast,. not told what there was or where to find it. Low fat yogurt. bad for you. Apparently there was smoked salmon but I could not find it. Very low on fresh fruit. Hot dishes were almost cold served onto nearly cold plates. Coffee was not great and you had to cue to make your own. Staff were excellent. Toaster was a disaster. Once through, not toasted. Twice through. Charcoal.

Convenient location and comfortable clean...

Liked: Spacious room with comfortable bed.
Disliked: Our bathroom was small and somewhat dated, though the shower was good. The room was not automatically cleaned and tidied each day; this had to be requested.The worst aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was poor. There weren’t sufficient staff, the cooked breakfast items were either cold or took too long to replenish, and it wasn’t worth the money.
