Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.
Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Liked: It was very central, free water fountains and refill bottles on each level, very quite (on level 8)
Disliked: The access with heaving suitcases is not optimal. Old hotel, old amenities, the gym exits but only minimal equipment, small room for two people (but usual for British houses)

Disliked: No bar fridge in room. No power points in bathroom. Room small. Air conditioner noisy and thermostat needed changing.

Excellent location , good breakfast...
Liked: Excellent location, wheelchair friendly. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a very clean hotel, the beds are comfy and the breakfast was very good. Ice and water on each floor was a real bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good central location in London.

Enjoyed my stay immensely and...
Liked: Staff were helpful beyond expectation. Location was fantastic and water on each floor was a great touch. Business lounge was excellent

Very nice hotel near Trafalgar....
Liked: Breakfast was great, both cereals and hot buffet. I only missed more vegetables. We had to ask for some and get tomatoes and cucumber.I appreciated the free coffee and tea and filtered water. Overall posh feeling in the lobby and the bar.
Disliked: The room was a bit small and no balcony. Price was relevant for the area and summer time in centre London…
