Club Quarters Hotel Wacker at Michigan

Overall, I'd rate this as the best bet in downtown Chicago. Location is excellent, rates are very reasonable, and service impeccable. The rooms are not huge but very well appointed, clean, modern, and well maintained. Bravo!

We had a fantastic stay, at a very reasonable price and even received an unexpected upgrade! I have been raving about your hotel to family and friends. What a first class operation you folks have in Downtown Chicago!!

Good hotel but need improvement.

Disliked: Elevator was not working well. Daily room cleaning was not provided. Room does not have a safe and hair dryer.

Disliked: We were not informed that housekeeping was by request and not automatic.

Liked: The location was perfect — close to everything, which made getting around very convenient!
Disliked: When I booked the hotel, it was listed as Club Quarters Hotel, but upon arrival, I was placed in the River Hotel instead. Additionally, housekeeping is not provided daily, which was unexpected and disappointing.
