Overall, I'd rate this as the best bet in downtown Chicago. Location is excellent, rates are very reasonable, and service impeccable. The rooms are not huge but very well appointed, clean, modern, and well maintained. Bravo!

Great 2 day stay!

Liked: Prime location we walked everywhere aside from our event location.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable at all and the shower was terrible and did not like the bathroom layout.

Lovely hotel in fabulous location.

Liked: The location, the staff, the beds are v comfy, the coffee facilities in the lounge area are great.
Disliked: Would have loved a kettle and a hairdryer.
