Club Quarters Hotel Wacker at Michigan

Overall, I'd rate this as the best bet in downtown Chicago. Location is excellent, rates are very reasonable, and service impeccable. The rooms are not huge but very well appointed, clean, modern, and well maintained. Bravo!

We had a fantastic stay, at a very reasonable price and even received an unexpected upgrade! I have been raving about your hotel to family and friends. What a first class operation you folks have in Downtown Chicago!!

Liked: The staff was excellent very friendly and efficient. Also the 12pm checkout time and the pet friendly environment. They had a great deal on booking for the location and not too shabby room
Disliked: Elevator was down so long wait times in the lobby

Perfect place to visit Chicago...

Liked: 1) Location (Riverwalk, Magnificent Mile, Art Institute, theatres...) 2) You can fill your bottles of purified water at each floor 3) Comfortable but informal lobby where you can have access to free coffee or tea 4) Sofa in family room with kitchenette is comfortable, at least for people around 50 kg weight. 5) Friendly and efficient staff 6) Management of baggage deposit. 7) Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Well, we were afraid about the elevators because of the other reviews but, maybe as we were not there at weekends or had different schedules from other customers, we experienced a queue just once in six days (16th floor).Bathroom a bit old and cupboard door not cleaned.
