Overall, I'd rate this as the best bet in downtown Chicago. Location is excellent, rates are very reasonable, and service impeccable. The rooms are not huge but very well appointed, clean, modern, and well maintained. Bravo!

Liked: the location of the hotel and the free wifi.
Disliked: the room and the bed was too small . Did not have proper sleep and very difficult if you have children with you. they never replaced the towels during our stay. one of the lift was down as well this hotel is more ideal for couples and business travel.

Liked: The location was excellent! Right in the center of everything you want to get to!
Disliked: The bed/room was surprisingly not comfortable. Scratchy sheets and extremely humid room with AC that didn't go below 74. It was nearly 100 degrees outside, so coming back to the room wasn't particularly refreshing with inside humidity too.

Liked: The attentive service that the staff, especially front desk Seth, provided to us since check in. I also liked the fancy complementary coffee on the second floor.
Disliked: No

Disliked: The mattress on both beds was very hard. It felt very uncomfortable when sitting on it, but, surprisingly both my wife and I slept pretty well through the night. The other complaint is the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.
