Overall, I'd rate this as the best bet in downtown Chicago. Location is excellent, rates are very reasonable, and service impeccable. The rooms are not huge but very well appointed, clean, modern, and well maintained. Bravo!

Liked: Location was excellent, right on the river, close to Michigan Avenue. Very clean, bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Be aware that there can be a long wait for the lift if on one of the higher floors. Noise from what was presumably the ventilation system could be quite loud which may be an issue if you are noise sensitive.

Disliked: A bit dated, could use a deep clean.
