Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Excellent location for central London....

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was spacious. It was a shame there was not a breakfast included option. The breakfast cost on its own was a little too much so we ate breakfast elsewhere.
Disliked: No breakfast included option
