Great location, hence the price you pay. But disappointing that they only give you 1 flat pillow. Every hotel I have stayed at give you at least 2 pumped pillows.
Liked: Location to Trafalgar Theatre.
Disliked: Only given 1 flat pillow; would have been nice to have at least 2 pumped up pillows.

A lovely clean hotel with excellent staff. Ideally located for London sights and theatres.

Liked: Bed was amazing shower was amazing, nice big TV was given a complementary bottle of wine and room upgraded as we arrived early. Greeted my Salamon whom was so polite excellent customer services skills
Disliked: No hairdryer

Loved the location, the quality...
Liked: Breakfast was excellent although I had to tussle with front desk on getting breakfast includedI believed it was unable to confirm if this was the case with my original booking
Disliked: Front desk reception. Was very poor. The man that greeted was not good at customer rapport We were taken to an inferior room and had to switch due to noise and vibration issues. The replacement room was a disappointment with less amenities than the previousFelt as if no effort was made on his part to rectify a bad start the room we paid for I believe was an upgrade and included breakfast. Neither which they seemed to want to accommodate Due to our flight delay we paid for but did not occupy the room on the first night. Which meant we paid 250 for a room we did not even sleep inWe were expecting immediate occupancy and instead were told the room was dirty d d needed to be checked off as ready for check inWe were very confused and his explanation was not very clear. I took it they they had rented to another guest and we were paying for a room that was occupied by someone else. Once that was all straightened out we thought we would be granted some effort to make sure we would be satisfied with our stay from the. Out but it seemed not to be the caseFirst having to change rooms to a smaller no window view room than to breakfast issues the next morningThey had allowed us to remain until 2:00 pm for late checkout without cost but that had been prearranged beforehand by me with a wonderful hotel manager .You can understand our frustration when we arrived expecting a flawless stay and kept bumping into issues and concerns and quite honestly general inability to make the guest feel welcomed I don’t enjoy being combative The last letter from them addressing my concerns after the stay wasn’t even signed. With the comment and I quote. “If you ever do return…”. Can’t say it made me feel very confident about returning. What kind of customer service relation’s basically is telling me to take my business elsewhere instead of attempting to rectify things in hopes of us returning. All I. All we enjoyed the location and most of the staff hoping to return.

Overall happy with hotel
Liked: Room was comfortable but didn't have any fridge>location was suitable to our requirements. Breakfast was a bit more expensive than i would have expected
Disliked: Received a request to pay for soiled bed sheets
