Liked: Location is great! Just behind the white house!
Meets any club quarters standard.
Disliked: For Families: Forget about having your breakfast in the room, no toaster or anything alike. Not enough dishes for 4.

Liked: Location great, enjoyed lounge space and bottled water
Disliked: Beds not very comfortable, air conditioner didn?t work properly during 100degree heat wave. Facility person delivered a floor fan, but didn?t fix the problem. Reported again at Front desk at checkout and response was ?Oh?. No apologies and more importantly, no adjustment to the invoice.

Amazing Location, Okay Features, Iffy...
Liked: The location of this property was by far the best thing about this hotel! approximately a two minute walk to The White House, Farragut Square, and only 10-15 minute walk from the Lincoln Monument. Food was close by, shops close by, 12 minutes from the hotel to Union Station by car. Centrally Located for everything that you would want to see/need to have near you for a stay in DC.
The bed in the room was actually pretty large, and the size of the room was perfect if you didn't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. The beds were comfy, clean, and classy looking. I would not recommend a queen size room for anyone with children who think they can make the space work, get the bigger room with more beds, or you will be cramped.
The room itself was very stylish and clean. It offered white towels, white blankets, and white shower curtains, which gave it a very classy and well kept vibe.
The AC in the room was excellent, which made it much better to go back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing and being out in the heat.
Water stations on every floor were a super plus! The water tasted great, and you could grab a plastic bottle and fill it up each time!
Disliked: Altogether, the staff at this hotel brought the score down drastically. We checked into the hotel around 12:00am and was greeted by a very rude woman who didn't seem to want to be bothered. She sent us up to our room feeling unwelcome from the start. When we called housekeeping to ask for more pillows and towels, as we had only one per person for a 5 day trip, we were told "we will see what we have left." Two pillows were brought up to our room, no towels. 11th floor, we had to go down the the front desk and ask someone to bring us more towels, five minutes after calling for them. Of course, travelling out of state, we had bank card issues, and the front desk lady very rudely announced it in front of the entire lobby when we went down the next morning to resolve the issues. We checked out around 5:00 am on Sunday, and again was greeted by a man who didn't want to be bothered with checking us out. He told us to use the kiosk, unfortunately, we had to bother him again to get a receipt. Luckily there was one very nice young man who worked there that was polite to us. He would be the only reason I go back to this hotel, despite the other rude staff members. They boast a smart TV and a cool coffee machine that can make different types of drinks, however, upon further use of the TV we soon learned that if you did anything with it other than watch cable, the TV would freeze or even shut right off. Don't let the size of the TV fool you, it was definitely not smart. The coffee machine froze several times when we went to use it. Not just moments of freezing, but at least 20-30 minutes frozen. The rooms were so close together you could hear the person next door even entering their room. If you met each other walking out of your door you would literally run into the next door neighbor head on. To close for comfort.
