I won’t stay there again.

Liked: The location. Very convenient.
Disliked: It is advertised as an hotel with parking, but it is not the case. When you get the front desk, they tell you they have an agreement with a parking two blocks away…but the price remain $35 dollars, I didn’t understand why it w as favorable to park there. 🤷🏼‍♀️When you call, you must be lucky enough to get an answer, they let you in hold for so long all the time.

Liked: Great location. Helpful staff. Renovated rooms are stylish.
Disliked: The Club Room no longer has snacks- but the coffee service was working. The attached restaurant is closed.

Perfect hotel for what we...

Liked: Fantastic location, good value, very clean, great staff.
Disliked: Only downside was the TV stuttering very often but not a big deal.

Efficient, convenient and adequate place...

Liked: Location makes the heart of official Washington walkable. Beautiful Lafayette park also close by as well as Farragut metro stops.
Disliked: Room was small and didn’t have much natural light. Proximity of other rooms felt more like a dormitory than a high-price hotel.

Centrally located, clean, new

Liked: The location was great. It was located right outside a subway station, and within walking distance of the White House and many other museums.
Disliked: Housekeeping was patchy, coffee capsules were not replenished some days, although staff was prompt about bringing up what we needed to the rooms
