Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. The room was clean and nice. The windows were sealed off and were not able to be opened - I found this upsetting. The shower curtain also wasn't long enough, so half the bathroom was soaked after showering. Not a huge deal, honestly. The only real bummer was the lack of snacks and refreshments in the lobby. The website talked it up a lot, as if it was always stoked and awesome. Even the morning breakfast consisted of some fruit and cereal bars, pretty lame. Plus 32 dollars to park isn't ideal either. Either way, if it's close to your main attraction and you can get a good deal on it, go for it. If it's well over 100 bucks, then it's not worth it.
Liked: The coffee maker in the lobby; the deal I got.
Disliked: Lack of promised snacks in lobby.

From the concierge to the valet, all services excellent. Room was really nice and the price unbeatable. Will definitely be a guest in the future.

Liked: We had in room service for lunch before the show. Good menu and food.
Disliked: Room was small but for one night it was not a problem. Would not want to have an extended stay.

I would have rated this hotel 4 but with an obvious problem with room service, I give them 2.5. They also had no pool, bringing them to 2 stars. Our room did not have a ceiling fan either.
Liked: Stylish hotel. Staff was nice. The room was very nice. Kitchenette.
Disliked: Room service was terrible. Table 7 Bistro is associated with the hotel. Spoke with them 3 times and the female/females answering the phones were rude and unhelpful.

Disliked: Room was not as advertised and the beds were very uncomfortable. I was very displeased with this room for the amount of money I paid for it.

Disliked: In room dining was closed before 10:30pm; coffee pot in lobby was out of order; no continental breakfast or newspaper.

Would definitely stay again if ever in Houston. Love the location in relation to the Bayou Music Center.
Liked: Elegant room; real comfy bed; desk and valet staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Way too many taxes added to bill on check-out, which brought my ending bill to a lot higher than expected. No liners in trash cans.

My stay was short but made easy and most comfortable by the great staff at Club Quarters Houston. The room was just what I needed and clean. The bed was hard to get out of. My departure time changed and I was concerned by what I was going to do with the extra 4 hours after checkout. I shouldn't have worried. With a phone call to the front desk I was able to book a late checkout which gave me time to go find a party to enjoy the Dallas vs. Houston game before I left at 4. Thanks Club Quarters!
Liked: Clean; great temperature control; friendly and helpful staff.
