Club Quarters Hotel in Boston

Overall, great place.

Liked: Very clean!
Disliked: Front desk person was not very helpful - it appeared that she was bothered to be doing her job.

Liked: The hotel is not bad in general, the location is perfect. Coffee and tea are free all day in the lobby on the first floor, drinking water is also a nice touch. I didn't like 2 things: the first is cleaning, when in between your stay the maids come during the day, they make the bed and change the towels, that's all! The second is breakfast, it is in the hotel restaurant, when you go there - they are not happy to see you there for one reason - because you have a voucher for a free breakfast and they are interested in other guests who just came to have breakfast or drink something and pay for it. You wait for the waiter, and then your breakfast. I had a reservation for 3 days, only on the 3rd day the breakfast was not bad, the first 2 days it was not tasty and my child was hungry.

Liked: Room was tiny and had to ask and pay extra for a microwave and fridge.
Disliked: Prices are jacked up for Marathon weekend. They’re not alone but price was crazy high!

Great location with friendly staff

Liked: I stayed here for the Boston marathon. The location was central, close to Boston Common (15 minute walk) where the buses pick you up to take you to the start line in Hopkinton. There are many good restaurants closeby, with Chinatown a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a strong shower. The WiFi was very strong. Breakfast was served in the pub next to the hotel (there is a door in the hotel reception which takes you into the pub). The breakfast was good, with multiple options and friendly staff. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston, particularly if you are running the Boston Marathon.

Disliked: Check in was delayed, the room was not properly cleaned when I was eventually allowed to check in (food left in the fridge from previous guest) Air conditioning was very very loud

Disliked: Love the staff, especially Mya. She was sooo accommodating and always greeted our coming and going.
