I would definitely come back...

Liked: "Filtered chilled water" dispenser with bottles. Very comfortable beds. Sitting area with table. Shelf over toilet. 27th floor has terrace (tables and chairs), large comfortable lounge with work stations, coffee maker (cappuccino, latte, etc. ). LOCATION! Nespresso machine in room.
Disliked: More towels in bathroom, without having to ask (4 hand towels, 2 bath towels instead of two of each)

Great Hotel

Liked: The room was perfect for a couple. Enough space. The bathroom was great as well. Clean and comfortable room. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The staff was friendly. Location was great! right there near Grand Central.

Top location, nice, clean and...

Liked: Hotel is ideally located (2 minutes away from Grand Central Station). Personal is super friendly and helping.The hotel is nice and clean. My room was conform to the description, nicely equipped (with the Nespresso coffee machine) and clean. It's not big but as I was alone this is not an issue.There is a small training room and the rooftop is awesome to get a drink or get a breakfast or dinner.So overall, more than satisfied :D

Superb staff.Great location

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good.Near to Times Square,and other briliant atractions at Midtown.Corner room that one we had was clean with an amazing view on people passing through Lexington Av.The same as a roof top on 27 th floor.BUT the real value of that hotel were people working there especially ELIAS AND MANNY the most helpful and friendly guys we ever met.They create an unique atmosphere of this place for sure.The only thing that should change in the future are:furniture and carpets in the room.They look really tired and outdated.But details dont matter anythings when you compare it to the whole impression

Superb value and excellent location!

Liked: Very comfortable room and furnishings. enjoyed the guest lounge on the 27th floor with free coffee, tea, etc. Free hydration stations on each floor (free water bottles and fresh cold water to fill them), guest amenities closet on each floor (e.g. shaving cream, tooth paste, shower caps, etc.) Location near Grand Central Station is very convenient. We would stay here again!
Disliked: No complaints.
