Decent stay

Liked: The bed was very comfy and the staff were great. They had drinking water on every floor + coffee on the top floor for free
Disliked: It could have been quieter. I understand the location is busy, but I could also hear everything from the corridors.

Great experience

Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient (we arrived and left by train, and moved around the city on the subway, which is just next to the hotel) and the staff was kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Elias, who was very friendly and helpful and made our experience much better. The lounge in the 27th floor was also a big plus of the trip, and we usually bought breakfast outside the hotel and went upstairs to eat it with amazing views of the city. Would come back 100%.
Disliked: The view from our room was not amazing, but nothing too serious.

Great location for your first...

Liked: Great location and the hotel itself is pretty clean and modern. Bed was really comfortable and the room had everything you may need for a short stay. Free refillable water and coffee was also a nice to have
Disliked: There were no food options apart from the snacks in your room however some sort of baked goods in the morning would be nice. AC in the room was pretty loud and the floor around it was sometimes slightly wet when AC was on but overall hotel is good value for money given the location and nice staff
