Exceptional

Liked: The room was a good size, clean. Location is perfect, very close to public transport, and also central for walking to many attractions. Nice lounge on the 27th floor with free coffee and tea 24/7. Most of the staff were very helpful and courteous.
Disliked: One of the front desk staff members was very rude to us.

Was fine, probably won't be...

Liked: The location was great, the 27th floor lounge is perfect!
Disliked: Very loud mechanical noises in the room, no idea where it comes from, my guess is from the elevator motors..
