Superb

Liked: We liked the breakfast - it had a lot of variety and fresh items.
Disliked: We booked a room with an extra bed. On the first evening, I called the reception to get a blanket for that bed, but didn't get one even during our stay. :( We used our extra sheets to make the situation better.

Disliked: Room was slightly small if two of you

Disliked: Everything was great. We just found the door to the bathroom a little snug to get through / open

A useful central London bolthole...

Liked: Location superb for events in the the Square Mile. Upgraded to a standard double room for extra space and that was worthwhile. Breakfast hot & cold buffet adequate ; cleared away very promptly Mon- Fri (before 0930)
Disliked: Rather strange check-in system in the entry lobby (but the staff there were helpful )

Disappointing

Liked: The location was fantastic.
Disliked: The rooms themselves were not very appealing.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location. Nice vibe with cool decor. Very good breakfast!
