Overall, great place.

Liked: Very clean!
Disliked: Front desk person was not very helpful - it appeared that she was bothered to be doing her job.

Liked: Close to most attractions
Disliked: We were there from Wednesday to Sunday and not once was our room cleaned. Parking is not convenient and the discount is as much as it should be

Liked: W have stayed there a few times, it’s always clean, always comfortable, staff is always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There really isn’t anything I don’t like.

Liked: Free water bottles with refills, refrigerator in room, short walking distance to Quincy Market.

Old but cosy hotel right...

Liked: Very nice hotel right in the city center, close to many tourists attractions. Lovely staff, very helpful. Good coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was in the restaurant which is right next door. I stayed for quite a long time, so at some point the food gets repetitive. But if you're staying for a short time, this is fine.
Disliked: The walls were not soundproof, so sometimes it was not easy to sleep early when people were still walking around on the floor. But I think this is the case for almost all the hotels in the US.

A clean and comfortable hotel...

Liked: Room is quite spacious. Great location. Available filtered water for refill and microwave to reheat food. Clean room.
Disliked: Could have better amenities I.e cotton buds, shower cap, in room slippers.

Great location, very helpful staff...

Liked: Staff were excellent. Location great and close to both Boston Common and also the Wharf. Also close to train lines to go further afield.Free coffee in the foyer was a great bonus.Restaurant attached was very good and used most nights.
Disliked: Could benefit from a kettle in the room for tea/coffee, but in fairness to the hotel there was a fridge/microwave and also free coffee in the foyer.
