Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco

I liked the free filtered water; closets on each floor with supplies that I needed; cleanliness of the hotel; staff was very helpful; roof top patio very nice; close parking at Embarcadero Center.

Liked: Great location and price; staff very helpful; comfortable room.
Disliked: Nothing! Loved the hotel and will book there again.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters San Francisco. The staff was so friendly, the room was quite comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop area. We intend to stay with you again!

Great hotel, prime location. Room...

Liked: comfortable beds. Great staff. Easy check-in. Great location. I especially appreciated the staff responding to my question about where to park (I had to find a close public garage for a 1am arrival. The staff gave me excellent advice!)
Disliked: Noise all night from the room next door. The girls next door were having an animated conversation all night. At 2:30AM, I asked them to keep it down. They did. But I realized at that point that the sound-proofing between rooms was terrible. I could hear every word, even when they were keeping it down.

Liked: coffee and water were available in the lobby 24 hours a day which was nice when we came home from a walk. The eleventh floor viewing area were perfect for a night time view of the city. Easy access to the city attractions and friendly staff made our stay fantastic, we will for sure return.

Disliked: Not a lot of extra amenities. Only free coffee and tea in lobby area, which is out of everything. No valet.
