Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco

I liked the free filtered water; closets on each floor with supplies that I needed; cleanliness of the hotel; staff was very helpful; roof top patio very nice; close parking at Embarcadero Center.

Liked: Great location and price; staff very helpful; comfortable room.
Disliked: Nothing! Loved the hotel and will book there again.

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters San Francisco. The staff was so friendly, the room was quite comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop area. We intend to stay with you again!

Liked: hotel located near Embarcadero places and a reasonnable distance from the Pier 33 & 39.do not have their own parking but very close to a public one (3mins)
Disliked: had to stop by the lobby every morning to get the brekfast voucher... would appreciate to get all of them once.

Lovely overnight stay in downtown

Liked: Great location. Got upgraded to a larger room by them and for free. Spotless, the clerks were very kind, offering other useful information as well.

Great if you only need...

Liked: The staff was wonderful
Disliked: I am familiar with the club quarters brand from my various days at club porters in New York in the financial district so I was hoping for something on par with that experience and this was totally the opposite comfort and visual experience. This place has not been updated since the 90s and it shows and it just felt very dated and old and unappealing.

Liked: The size of the room, it was a lot bigger than we thought and had more than expected. Loved that you had a laundry facility and vending machine. We liked the coffee machine as well when it was working.
Disliked: The coffee machine downstairs wasn’t working a few mornings :(
