Excellent value for money
Liked: Excellent location with all the museums within walking distance. Room was on the small side but the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Bathroom and decor were dated and tired.

Friendly and Comfortable
Liked: The pillows and bed were amazing. I love that there was a kitchenette in the room and also a couch. The view of the city was nice. You felt secure the way it was laid out.
Disliked: The room seemed narrow. i usually stay in hotels that offer a free breakfast. The restaurant next door had a breakfast but the portions seemed smaller than normal.

Great business trip!
Liked: The room was large and comfortable; the restaurant downstairs offered a great breakfast; the staff was helpful; the whole structure was clean and tidy; there is a gym and a lounge room where to get teas and coffees freely available; in the heart of the Loop!
Disliked: Nothing to say

I WILL BE BACK AND...
Liked: EVERYTHING! Honestly the longer I stayed the longer I was able to find more goodies the hotel comes with… VERY PLEASED!
Disliked: Honestly…. Nothing really maybe if the smaller rooms had a tiny fridge?

Superb
Liked: The availability and flexibility!
Disliked: I didn't like to walk two blocks from the parking to the hotel. Anyway, I think the Downtown Chicago system parking is like that. Expensive Self parking, then walk.
