Horrible end of the experience...

Liked: They damaged my luggage, fully destroyed lock on it, I was almost late on the flight waiting for our luggage form their storage room, and after 30 min they brought it damaged and almost destroyed, it looked like someone tried to open it, o have all pictures with dates and location, reception guy tried to call his manager and get compensation,After waiting 15 min more he confirmed we will get compensation on it, and we should not be worried, nothing after month: we sent emails text, booking messages, no replies!!! It’s horrible experience and flight with damaged luggage after was not fun.
Disliked: Luggage lock damaged, destroyed and no compensation yet and no replies on emails text.
