Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. The room was very clean and comfy.

Liked: The location is perfect for exploring downtown Chicago. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and we were able to check in early as well.
Disliked: There was a small kitchenette, including a sink, microwave, and coffee maker (Nespresso). Since there was a sink, I expected at least "reusable" cups, plates or bowls, and utensils with small-size dish soap. But there was none. Only paper cups and some coffee/tea for Nespresso. When I asked for cups, they brought the paper cups again.
