Rubbish experience

Liked: Nothing everything was closed did not thinking of saying that when wee booked reception closed restaurant and bar closed as it was closing down the nxt day

Poor stay

Liked: The rooms were clean
Disliked: The staff weren't there, we were left to our own devices. When we had issues we couldn't solve the staff weren't the staff were incredibly hard to get hold of

Very disappointing

Disliked: Arrived at 1700 when Reception is advertised as open, but everything is shut. Called the mobile number on the door - number not recognised. Called the landline number on the door - ansaphone. Eventually two folk turned up. No apology. The only words spoken were, ' I can check you in. You are in Room Number 16.' Very disappointing. Very poor value for money. This should certainly not be graded **** Small Hotel.
