Good stay with bad customer...

Liked: The room was very clean. We enjoyed the evening cocktails.
Disliked: We booked the room for 5 nights but our plans changed and we checked out one day early. The hotel charged us for all 5 nights when we only stayed 4 nights. I called and spoke with the manager, Shane about the extra night charge and he said he would refund our money for that night. When I checked my credit card statement the refund was pending as was a new charge for the same amount as the refund. The manager seemed to have a hard time understanding that we were charge for a night that we didn't stay.

Liked: The breaker blew when we got in the room, didn't have water or lights the whole night. The fridge didn't work to keep the baby's milk cold. Called and said the maintenance was gone, there wasn't anything they could do.
