Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, the roof terrace was very nice. Valet service and parking were super for this location.Rooms were large and well equipped.We specifically liked the fact that this was near Union square and the cable cars.

Liked: Spacious room, centrally located, close to Cable Car, Union Square and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. The club on the top floor was a handy facility during our stay and after check out. Comfortable bed.

Liked: Very good city centre location. Nice, spacious room with extremely comfortable bed, couch, desk, fridge, microwave and coffee machine! Very nice bathroom as well.
Disliked: No breakfast at the hotel. But location means you can easily find something nice nearby, so it's fine.
