Sleepless stay as no roll-away...

Disliked: We asked ahead of time for a roll away bed and when we arrived there were none available. I put on reservation request and received email to pay $10 upon arrival - I also called to pay ahead of time and was told no problem - do when arrive.The only solution offered by front desk was to pay $300 for Captains suite. (or use blankets to sleep on floor). I would have contacted management or made executive decision to allow stay in Captains suite. No customer service. He would have management contact us today for discount or we call back.......hmmmm....
