You get what you pay...

Liked: I liked the comfort of the bed and the shower was nice.
Disliked: There wasn't a coffee maker in the bed and the outside of the facility looked pretty dingy.

Amazing value if staying in...

Liked: Rooms very spacious with comfy beds. Check in was friendly, all round great experience.

Scary and very overwhelming….

Disliked: Booking.com was no help and the manager hung up on me after I told him he was victim shaming. After I told them my room was dirty he said “well you picked it”. You want 5 star quality. I said no, I want a clean room. I don’t care about there not being a coffee maker but hair and dirt? I mThe location had no rooms on the bottom floor. Everyone was on the second or third floor. If the elevator goes out there is no wheelchair accessibility. It is a very old bldg with new paint. The room was filthy upon arrival. I tried to show the attendant, he wouldn’t look at the photos. He wouldn’t come to the room. He told me to tell the cleaning person… isn’t that his job? Then they wanted to clean the room again… he came in and wiped things off. The bed had hair in it when I arrived so I got sheets. You CANT HAVE VISITORS!!!!!!! I was there with coworkers and we couldn’t have a meeting together, my friend couldn’t come back to my room, no helping me tie my corset, I just didn’t wear it because he couldn’t come to my room to help. It was a 1 inch gap around the door that if someone wanted to they could’ve gotten into the room. It was scary. It was dirty and it looks like people stay there if they have nowhere else to go. I will NEVER do that again.
