Unique building and fantastic decor,...

Liked: The Staff were very professional and courteous throughout the Hotel. The Service was great and we were made to feel very welcome. The Room was Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well presented. The Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with plenty of options and everything was delicious.
Disliked: While we booked to stay at this hotel as a special treat to ourselves to avoid a trek back into City Centre on the Dart or in a Taxi after a concert locally, €399 per night for two guests still seemed a bit high.

It was a lovely experience...

Liked: It was a magnificent hotel. Staying at a castle was like a dream. The room was wonderful, the bed could have been firmer, too soft for my liking, but everything else was perfect. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and so good. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Having the shuttle to the airport was a huge plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: Bed was too soft. I prefer firm, but I was able to sleep despite it.
