Liked: It was quaint old hotel. It was a nice place.

Generally a good place to...

Liked: Microwave and fridge in room. Nice seating area for breakfast.
Disliked: When sitting up in bed leaning on headboard the bed kept rolling away from the wall. Only lamp one side of double bed and that didn’t work. Great to have microwave and fridge in room but the coffee machine was high up on top of microwave which was difficult to reach and dangerous lifting down hot drinks. Couldn’t use mirror in room as microwave and coffee machine were in front of it. No bin in room beside coffee machine and microwave, there was only a bin in the bathroom.

Clean, charming, well maintained facility...

Liked: The property was clean, well maintained, easy to navigate, and had very friendly staff that were able to keep things running smoothly even during a power outage that hit the entire block. They had good breakfast variety and the atrium they served it in was so pretty.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. It wasn’t terribly uncomfortable but it wasn’t great either. Plus, it was incredibly noisy/unstable. Any movement on it whatsoever made an incredibly loud squeaking/thudding noise and almost felt like it was going to break just from climbing in it or turning over while lying in it.

I enjoyed staying there except...

Liked: Great location. Beautiful rooms, grounds, and surroundings.
Disliked: Pillows too hard, small room and bathroom, needed to ask for more towels and coffee cups. Did not have adequate parking in the lot; had to park on the street for two nights. TV screen too small.

Disliked: Really old and small room, breakfast place was in cold unpleasant outdoor yard, no space in parking lot.
