Clipper

Ideal hotel , ideal location.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff in all areas very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, for the beach, or for exploring other areas. The train and bus station are close by.The reception explained everything to you in detail and always willing to help you if needed.At breakfast you had a wide choice and also the staff were very attentive.Our first time in this hotel ,and Italy, and definitely will not be the last.

Poor

Liked: The location and facilities were top notch
Disliked: Having them have my passport over night and turn in the room key when leaving, did it once and had cash missing out of the room

Room ok, control of the...

Liked: Property was nice and clean
Disliked: I did not like the fact of having to leave my passport over night for them to register me.I did not like that I had to turn my keys in when I left hotel.Room was hot upon return everyday as they have key to turn off and on that must be turned in.Had to get out car to enter and exit the parking as him gate are not automatic.One staff member seemed to have an attitude during check in

Great reasonably priced hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic everything you could wish for. The young people serving the breakfast were so helpful , nice and professional. Vanessa and her reception staff were extremely professional helpful and made us feel so welcome. It was one of the nicest reception teams we have ever encountered.We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

Spotless Hotel.

Liked: The hotel was spotless and the room was extremely comfortable . Breakfast was simply delicious.
Disliked: Breakfast starts quite late, at 7.15am, especially for those who need to leave a bit early in the morning.

Exceptional

Liked: Guilia at reception was very helpful and all staff were cheerful and friendly. The location has easy access to the beach which was a wonderful way to finish our sunny afternoon. Wish we had more time here.

Weekend stay

Liked: The hotel is located practically at the seafront, not too far from the railway station (about 20-24' on foot). The room and all hotel areas were very clean and tidy. Also, the room was very quiet.The hotel staff was polite, should good English, was efficient and attentive, with the reception remaining open 24/7. To top all these, the breakfast buffet was quite rich with plenty of options to choose from.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like. The view from that particular room was nothing special but this was something that was clearly disclosed in advance on the booking page and certainly not an important parameter for me.

We highly recommend the Clipper.
