Location was perfect a short...
Liked: The building was humid at all times, but clean, frequently saw staff cleaning railings, walls, mirrors. Indoor pool was the result of the humidity.
Disliked: That the room didn’t have its own air conditioner or controls, the room was kept at a preset temperature that was not personally good enough

Overall, it was a decent...
Liked: The hotel's location was excellent—just a few meters from Clifton Hill and the Falls which made it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was okay, but we did find a baby fork on the floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the shower appeared to be damaged, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety of options to start the day..
Disliked: The room cleanliness could have been better—we found a baby fork on the floor, which made us question how thoroughly it had been cleaned. Also, the shower seemed to be damaged, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.

Liked: Location is close walking distance to Clifton Hills and the Falls area and there is parking available.
Disliked: Old facilities, rooms fairly clean but towels were in terrible shape and unusable because they were falling apart leaving lint everywhere when used for drying off. The breakfast is terrible quality with much of the food running out and don’t expect them to offer fruit or fresh items.
