Disliked: Breakfast selection poor,staff refusing to allow early check in despite offering it on email and phone hotel offered me and husband to change in toilets for a wedding at the hotel

Pleasant stay, liked the fruit...

Liked: The staff in Racks were particularly good, young and enthusiastic. So was the receptionist on Wednesday morning. The only issue was access. I knew there would be steps up but expected a handrail. However I was shown how to leave via the basement.Overall a good experience.
Disliked: As above.Coffee was not great. A small thing but I was so pleased to see a cafetiere .

Liked: I asked for a quiet room and got one but the main reason for me being happy with my stay was the friendliness of the staff. The guy who called me to confirm my booking and my quiet room was lovely and Katie who checked me in was absolutely delightful.

Great location

Liked: Great location. Room is clean and the shower is nice. They give towels and good selection of coffee or tea.
Disliked: Nothing stands out. You pay for the location, the room could be bigger but the staff we very accommodating
