Liked: Staff could not be more helpful. Made to feel very comfortable. Food first class and good value for money our room was fully equipped, it was just a standard double but comfortable bed, very roomy and spotless.

Seaview room on third floor

Liked: Room 356 Large clean Seaview room bright and warm ,Clean bathroom, lift service,nice comfy carpets,excellent staff,nice to be able to bring my dog (extra £10)
Disliked: Room 356 Bed was very hard,floor slanted,hardly any plugs could do with extension leads,fair bit of condensation on windows,could do with two chairs in the room instead of one in the window,being told it's £8 to park in the carpark even though I've paid to stay there,hot water in shower very slow.found a parking space on roadside as its free for me as I have a blue badge.no disabled parking bays in hotel carpark.Hotel offers breakfast but more expensive than the Premier Inn offer. I'm not sure if they had a gluten free menu(I'm gluten free) prices were not advertised.
