Liked: Location very good and the majority of staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Only one member of staff spoilt the experience. He was a bar tender and I asked fir a latte and when he was making it he spent the whole time moaning to another member of staff. The coffee arrived but I couldn't drink it. There was probably 4 times too much coffee and hardly any milk. I spoke to the girl behind the bar who immediately apologised and said it would be replaced. The guy reluctantly made another one, whilst glancing at me with a surly look. The second coffee was acceptable. Just a shame he was more bothered about his shift pattern than concentrating on a customer's coffee!!!

Liked: For what looks like a fairly outdated place, the Clifton is very well kept and comfortable. I got a great offer at around £50 for the night which I would pay again. I'd been walking for a few days and was desperate for a bath...I emailed a few hours before my arrival to ask for a room with a bath which they were able to accommodate. The bed was comfy.
