Liked: Nice location, very clean although heating was constantly on so very hot in room
Disliked: Heating constantly on in room so had to open window as couldn’t turn off in room

Liked: Clean rooms, bar and pool table. Most important that the staff were very respectful and genuine.

Liked: Hotel is close enough to Newcastle and on good bus routes. Very good value for money for a room with a bathroom
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the ground floor so could hear the noise from the bar area. I have stayed at the same hotel before and had a first floor room and didn't have the same problem. I would definitely stay again but hopefully on an upper floor.

Liked: Parking, exterior and interior we're lovley, lottle park for kids and the hotel was well decorated and furnished. The bar area was really nice and the staff are super friendly
Disliked: Bathroom/shower area had a little bit of mould but nothing major
