Decent budget accommodation for Blackpool.

Liked: Friendly staff, excellent location for pleasure beach.
Disliked: Room very cold and took along time to warm up. Stains on the headboard.

It was a very nice clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The breakfast was really good and great value for money. Hotel was close to the beach and Pleasure Beach which is why we were there.
Disliked: No complaints

Great stay at lovely hotel

Liked: The cleanliness of room was good and bed very comfortable. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was fab, with a great choice of extras-cereal,preserves & drinks, but best to book on arrival ! Location was good, with easy access to main areas of town & only few minutes walk to nearest tram stop. Would definitely stay again, thanks for an enjoyable time
