Superb
Liked: Excellent food and services throughout my stay.
Disliked: Some of the decoration could do with an update.

Disliked: the room location wasn't great, television very small only one lift working , bathroom cramped have to climb in a bath for a shower .walk in shower would have been a lot better not great if you're old.

Liked: Food was very nice staff perfect mostly great
Disliked: Using only one lift as the other was broke the bar past reception has no cider on tap beds in room very uncomfortable TV too small very hot and stuffy no fans available door in hallway bangs very loudly these things really need sorting ASAP 1st on list beds and pillows next need to future proof the hotel with air con and bigger TV and moderation of deco

A great stay. Superb location...
Liked: Food really good with plenty of choice. Staff so friendly. Service in the bars was really efficient.

Easter Week
Liked: The staff were amazing , seeing to our every need.My son's a pescetarian and the Menu was adjusted for him due to it having chorizo on it.. Highlight of my day was going to the Menu to see what was for dinner.The pool was brilliant, my son practically lived there for 4 days, great for when the weather is bad. There's a bar next to it too, so if the adults didn't want to swim they could relax at the bar. There's a sauna and gym too.Nice little kids club and entertainment . Didn't see the entertainment as my son didn't want to go in. There's something for everyone, I'll definitely be back again.
Disliked: I wish there were 'Do not disturb signs' it'd save all the knocking & shouting housekeeping. My son didn't like it, so I had housekeeping removed from the list and cleaned myself.I didn't like that I had to come home after being waited on hand & foot, and served amazing meals.

First time at the Cliffs...
Liked: Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One lift out of order which left one lift to service the hotel . Room was very tired in bad need of a refit . A good selection at breakfast but the sausages are absolutely crap , tasteless the sort you get 500 for a fiver . They ruin the breakfast so please get a decent quality sausage.
