Liked: I went with my elderly mum it was perfect for her , easy to get to room, dining room and concert room. We enjoyed the food and entertainment.
Disliked: Our only concern was the chairs in concert room , very uncomfortable .

Disliked: Reception staff a young girl didn't seem very interested welcoming was like the weather cold.no info just handed key and left to find our own way around.

Liked: Initially given a “sea view” room with a window so high up we had to stand on tiptoes to look out of. Reception were very understanding & professional & immediately gave us a much more suitable room.Pool great as was restaurant food.No complaints at all.
Disliked: Waiting staff in restaurant bit slow to attend to tables but eager to take away your meal even if you’d just gone for additional food. One evening I’d gone for bread rolls to accompany soup. Got back to table& soup had gone
