Liked: the hotel location is 2 minuets walk from the entrance to the park.the breakfast is unbelievable. the restaurant serves the breakfast and everything from the menu is possible. then they charge the hotel for the dish price. you are only responsible for the tip. the dishes are great, you just need to reserve a table in advance since the restaurant is full most of the time.the hotel has a great heated pool and Jacuzzi.the views of the river and the cliffs from the rooms is great.the room we got was perfect for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fully equipped.
Disliked: the driers in the laundry room did not work well.

Not what we had hoped...

Liked: Convenient for the park entrance and shuttles. Beds were comfortable and nice toiletries. Nice swimming pool area and lovely mountain backdrop.
Disliked: Pokey shower and loo. Service was poor and no bar area, but maybe that’s because it’s Utah. Also restaurant had a limited selection for breakfast and dinner. Our room was in a poor position- next to the car park and no view.

Liked: Beautiful scenery from every outside aspect. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. The free parking and hot tub were highlights. The Zion shuttle was in easy walking proximity.
Disliked: There was a mix up when we checked in and we ended up entering a room that had someone already staying in it. They then had to move our room to a ‘basement BnB’.
