Disappointed

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The big pool was not heated and was freezing. When asking the staff why the pool is not heated I was told that they will turn on the heater and it should be warmer in couple of hours. The day after when we went to the pool the water was freezing again and when complaining again to the staff I was told that the heater is broken and they are very sorry. The kids were extremely disappointed.

Beautiful views and helpful staff

Liked: The view from our room was beautiful. It was walking distance to Zion Park. The staff was very helpful, they kept making sure our stay was wonderful
Disliked: There was nothing negative to say about the place. We had no issues.
