Liked: Convenient location for our stay in Toowoomba,
Disliked: Electric blanket only half worked, step up into bathroom difficult bathroom difficult for person with disabilities, no persons in the office when went to report problems or get help. Needs basic maintenance.

The room was clean and...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have an electric blanket on the bed as I there in winter and to be able to warm the room after being outdoors all day at a hockey tournament was a big plus. The proximity to the hockey field was a 5-7 minute drive.

Liked: Staff was good and very friendly and happy
Disliked: Room not very sound proof you can here when someone up stairs use the toilet so long as that doesn't bother you it was very great place

Great family stay and perfect...

Liked: Plenty of room for a family of 5, great location if you are staying for hockey, going to the races or just touring around.
Disliked: Its a little bit older but that adds to the charm of the place.

Quiet and comfortable.

Liked: Easy enough to find, quiet as it’s off the main streets, reasonably priced, comfortable beds, off street parking.
Disliked: Unfortunately no sink in the room, which meant using water in a tub filled out of the bathroom. Not enough room at the table for all of us to eat which meant eating on the couch or beds.
