Liked: The location was great, especially the sunset and listening to the horses early in the morning.
Disliked: The room we got wasn't what we booked and the motel made no effort to resolve the issue. No communication, no preparation, no other options provided. Complaint lodged and still no response.We booked months in advance and confirmed twice our check in times with the motel, for our stay. We booked a large 3bedroom apartment with 3 double beds, apartment 7 and instead they have someone else our apartment and shoved us in No. 9, a Basic 1 bedroom dungeon, with 1 double bed and 4 singles. Beds had old mattresses that slumped in the middle. Electric blankets couldn't connect as power was too far away. You had to walk through beds to get to the kitchen or toilet. No privacy at all! The couch is 100years old and hurts your bottom to sit on, as all the padding is worn away. Bathroom was disgraceful. Cracked screen, mould, old stuff down the side of the cabinet. Couldn't have a bath because the taps don't work! It needs a full Reno. Kitchen had cockroaches. 2 of us had to take telfast everyday from the dust. Then there was the noise from the neighbours in 8, you could hear everything through the bedroom.How do couples go away and end up sleeping in single beds.Absolutely ridiculous. If finding another option was available, we would have moved motels. Really sad becuase our group was really looking forward to this stay and it was ruined.

Liked: Convenient location and easy access with car. Was nice and quiet.
Disliked: Drain flies in bathroom. Sliding door didnt lock properly. Fridge connected via a power board and was switched off (didnt realise for a day). Rooms very old and dated.
