The Cliff House At Pikes Peak blends Victorian elegance with modern comforts in the heart of Manitou Springs. Just a short walk from downtown and under 15 minutes from Colorado Springs’ popular venues, this inviting hotel offers a relaxing home base for concert-goers. With flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and even heated toilet seats, your stay is as comfortable as it is charming.
Just a 5-minute walk to downtown Manitou Springs and only a short drive to top concert venues and attractions like the Garden of the Gods, the location is both peaceful and practical. Enjoy a relaxing night’s sleep away from the city noise, and take advantage of room service after a late show. Though check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, the hotel’s welcoming service makes transitions smooth and stress-free.
The on-site Cliff House Dining Room offers delicious in-room dining, perfect for post-show cravings. For weekend visitors, the Red Mountain Bar and Grill is open Friday and Saturday evenings. A small fridge and coffee-making facilities in each room add extra convenience. While breakfast times aren’t late-night specific, the downtown area offers walkable cafes for a morning bite after a late night.
While the hotel itself is more serene than rowdy, you're just steps from local bars and restaurants in downtown Manitou Springs. Whether you're after a celebratory cocktail or a quiet nightcap, there are plenty of nearby spots to unwind. The Red Mountain Bar adds a touch of weekend fun without leaving the premises.
As a historic property, some rooms may feel a little smaller or older than a modern hotel, but the charm more than makes up for it. The bar is only open on weekends, so mid-week travelers may need to head into town for a drink.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, character-filled retreat after a concert in Colorado Springs, The Cliff House At Pikes Peak delivers style, comfort, and convenience in one unforgettable stay.

Liked: Love that it is quaint and close to town. The room and bathroom were very nice. Loved having a meal on the terrace and the desert (chocolate pistachio cake) was amazing. The valet really hustled. Your front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable about town.
Disliked: I would prefer the option to self park that we had a few years ago. I liked our room but the area outside the windows could do with a bit of a clean up.

Liked: Nice clean room. Good-sized space. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: I didn't see anything online that mentioned needing to pay for a car valet. When I tried to research where the parking area was, I discovered it was a valet parking situation. I read that the cost was $10 a day. When checking out, I found it was double that amount: $20!

Liked: The room (PT Barnum suite) was very charming and loved the luxurious bathroom with the Jacuzzi tub, quality finishes, towel warmer and heated toilet seat! The location was great, right in the heart of town close to everything!
Disliked: Could use a small, casual coffee shop/ gift shop in addition to the formal dining room.
