Awesome Motel with Pool and...

Liked: Well located and easy walking to Rotorua centre and to Skyline in the opposite direction. The breakfast is Continental and was waiting in the room upon arrival for the next day's breakfast. The bathroom was very well appointed and modern.The kitchen was a nice surprise with a full size fridge which is rare in motels. We stayed in the back units so had no issues with any possible noise. Upon arrival I was greeted and felt very welcoming to the motel. When leaving we met the owner who was very friendly and had a great chat. Definitely now on our places to stay when visiting. I look forward to our next stay when visiting again.
Disliked: Had no issues and was very happy.

Exceptional

Liked: There wasn't a supply of toilet paper. Twice we had to go to the office for more.Power points weren't accessible. There were none in the lounge, but beside the fridge, there were 2. None beside the beds, but 1 by the door.

Great place to stay

Liked: When pulling up this Motel looked a bit dated but inside our room had been completely updated including a very comfortable new bed. It had everything to be able to cook a simple meal with plenty of space. The thermal pool was also a nice. It’s only a 2 min drive to the lake as eat street which was close than we first thought.
Disliked: We were on the 2nd storey so getting luggage up and down was a bit painful

Superb

Clean, tidy,convenient.

Liked: There were 7 of us and we were in Room 5. The room and facilities were awesome, spacious, all you need. Kids loved the pool, convenient to shops across the road, great Fish n chip shop. Will come back.
Disliked: Maybe needs a new couch and sky television.

Comfortable and relaxing.

Liked: The room was spacious and equiped with what we needed. There were lots of things for our children to do and the location was great. And the soaking pools were a bonus
Disliked: Nothing.
