I hated hearing the other...

Disliked: I could hear the next door motel stayers through the walls all night. Talking & playing music. Your venue is definitely not sound proof for privacy & comfort. I also stubbed my toe walking into the bathroom as the floor is off the ground from the room. Put as "Watch Your Step" safety sign there at the very least.

Clean and comfortable!

Liked: Very clean, well maintained and comfortable for a nights stop over.
Disliked: Sound travels. I could hear someone snoring in the next room.

Very good

Liked: Ease of parking, room was clean and comfortable. Nearby guests talked until 3 am, it was not very soundproof.
Disliked: Noise from other guests.

Enjoyable stay in a convenient...

Liked: Location and friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Stairs but the management were quick to give a suitable ground floor room.

Good

Liked: I was pleased with the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchenette. Sheets were clean and freshly laundered. Towels were clean and freshly laundered.
Disliked: Reception could have been more welcoming and friendlier on my arrival. The bed spread needed to be washed and refreshed. On arrival I noticed that there were white cakey spill droplets on the end of the bedspread that were unappealing to look at, let alone guess what the substance was. Pillow cases needed refreshing, they were starting to yellow with age. Tv was too small for size of room.
